🦍 The Return of the Apes (again). Magic Eden, the now multi-chain marketplace, submitted a proposal to BAYC's ApeCoin ($APE) community to build an NFT marketplace, just for them.

▪️BAYC holders would get certain advantages, including lower trading fees. Fees could be as low as 0.75% for sellers, with a 1.5% base fee that can be further discounted by 0.5% for trades made in $APE.

▪️Magic Eden would be building it for free if the proposal is accepted.

▪️The marketplace could deploy as early as September.

📦 This is a bold move from Magic Eden, and a harbinger of sunnier days for the BAYC community. Our main point of interest here are Otherside's Otherdeed land sales, which have been the highest grossing sales since their release. Whether a Magic Eden x BAYC marketplace would increase accessibility to their land...? Let's hope so 🤞

👗 Vogue is front-lining digital fashion. On September 22, members of Vogue Business can attend a virtual event exploring the process of creating, wearing, and selling digital fashion.

🤑 Punks are now eating Breakfast at Tiffany's. A week ago, Tiffany & Co released 250 custom jewel-encrusted pendants for holders of CryptoPunks.

▪️ Digital passes called "NFTiffs" were able to be claimed — with a price of 30ETH (approx. USD $51K) each, granting the ability for holders to redeem the pendants.

▪️Each 1-of-1 pendant would represent their unique Punk and feature at least 30 color-matched gemstones.
