🙅 Minecraft and Microsoft put the 'block' in blockchain

Mojang says blockchain tech "does not align with Minecraft values of creative inclusion and playing together" and is asking NFT creators not to use Minecraft to make those digital assets.

✅ NFT Worlds, the popular Web3-based game platform built on top of Minecraft, responded with plans to develop a new game and platform from the ground up.

✅ Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney was quick to chime in on Twitter, stating outright that they will not be following Minecraft's lead.
