Never stop learning. Try to surround yourself with artists that are better than you and learn as much as you can from them. In my game art career, the best growth experiences I had were when I felt out of place, surrounded by artists that were super talented and motivated to push themselves. It helped motivate me to practice more and try to keep up with my teammates.
