Amazon eyes its foray into web3. According to well-placed sources, Amazon is plotting its first move into the world of web3, with an announcement coming as soon as April. Details are still scarce, but there's a "focus on blockchain-based gaming and related NFT applications."

Get stuf'd in the Oreoverse. If you're a fan of the iconic sandwich cookie, you're gonna love this. Oreo announced a new flavor, "The Most Oreo Oreo," which includes three layers of frosting containing pieces of Oreo cookie. As if that wasn't meta enough, they revealed their own metaverse (The Oreoverse) that consumers can enter via a QR code on the packaging. Martha Stewart is also involved... 🤨 Kudos to their marketing team for going all-in with this activation.

Mythical Games 🤝 DMarket. Blockchain game publisher and developer Mythical Games announced this week it had acquired DMarket, a marketplace for digital skins and NFTs for gamers. The acquisition makes Mythical the world’s second-largest processor of digital assets on a distributed ledger after the Ethereum mainnet.
